The Winter Farmers Market is back for its second year, and rather than pop-up-style markets, this time around it has a permanent location at the Rio Grande Depot in downtown Salt Lake City. The market kicked off on November 9 and occurs every other week through April 19 from 10am-2pm. Nearly 50 local vendors offer local produce, meat, cheese, packaged goods, and artisanal foods of many flavors.
In this photo essay, 13% SALT captured an overview of a day at the market, in addition to a few quick portraits of the local purveyors.
*This gallery is part of an ongoing series, where between posts, 13% SALT highlights someone or something that won't necessarily be put into the Archive.
